Maroubra Beach
Once home of the surfie and the poor cousin to some of the most popular and well-known beaches - real estate pundits have tipped Maroubra as the next area to take-off. Which makes sense as it's the last of the Eastern beach side suburbs and is currently experiencing major development and attention from the market.

Close to East Gardens shopping centre, Maroubra has excellent amenities while maintaining the quiet suburban lifestyle.

  Coogee Beach
Everyone would agree that Coogee Beach is where it's at right now. The area has a life of its own which includes bustling cafes, restaurants, nightlife, hotels and a beautiful promenade along the beach. Coogee Beach is now one of Sydney's leading tourist attractions but only a few streets away residents still enjoy the serenity they expect when choosing to live by the coast.

  North Bondi
North Bondi is home to the heart and soul of Bondi culture - the Bondi Surf LifeSavers Club. Baywatch has nothing on this place - you can catch our bronzed Aussies strutting in their red and yellow surf caps and then sample some of Sydney most famous restaurants including Sean's Panorama and Jackie's. For a more relaxed vibe you can have a leisurely breakfast at Brown Sugar Café, have a beer at the North Bondi RSL or take in the view at the spectacular Ben Buckler Lookout.

South Bondi
South Bondi is known for the Bondi Icebergs - where the brave can plunge into the icy waters that lap into the ocean pool. Recently renovated, this icon of Bondi offers diners high-class fusion cuisine together with fabulous panoramic views. For a more casual meal, you can grab a delicious bite from their Sundeck Cafe.

Still full of activity, kids are still trying to prove their bravery on the skateboard and bike ramps and joggers can begin their assault on the ocean walk to Bronte. The less energetic can have a bite at one of South Bondi's many cafés and restaurants. Then of course there's the beach itself where you can catch some sun or surf after a hard day at play.

  Bronte
Bronte is one of the rare locations in Sydney that attracts people of all ages and interests. The beach and adjoining park with its BBQ facilities is a popular picnic spot. And the salt-water pool provides an alternative for swimmers who want to steer clear of Bronte's famous South Pacific surf break. The strip of cafes across from the park is a favourite for brunches and for thirsty walkers arriving via the coastal path from Bondi.
