Growing up, Catherine's family were involved in buying and selling properties in Paddington, and it was from here that her understanding of the emotions involved and her love of real estate grew. After high school and prior to commencing her own career of buying and selling property, Catherine completed Bachelor degrees in Arts Law, and Arts in Architecture.
Through designing and building properties in the Eastern suburbs, Catherine has developed strong business, marketing and negotiation skills. Her focus on market conditions has also taught her the importance of knowing how and when to quickly adapt to property market trends to reap maximum benefits. This, coupled with her eye for architectural details and intimate knowledge of local Council development control plans, translates to a friendly and knowledgeable approach that is invaluable to both buyers and sellers.
